In this issue:
Law no. 200/2020 for amending and supplementing of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 194/2002 and of the Government Ordinance no. 25/2014 regarding the employment and posting of foreigners on the Romanian territory.
This Law was published in the Official Gazette no. 832 of 10 September 2020 and provides the exemption from obtaining the work authorization for the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and Republic of Serbia, envisaged to be employed on the territory of Romania with an individual full-time contract of employment for a maximum period of 9 months in a calendar year.
The Law came into force on 13 September 2020.
