Obligation to submit online statements to the EFA
We remind you that starting 2020 the submission of declarations on obligations to the Environmental Fund will be made exclusively using the service "Online Submission Statements", according to the information on the AFM.ro website. More information on this subject can be found in the EY Tax alert no. 27/2019.
The registration process for the online declaration involves several stages and the deadline for solving the registration request is 45 days.
The declaration for December 2019, which will be submitted until 25 January 2020, will also be made on paper if during the year 2019, you have not submitted any declaration through the service "Online Declarations Submission".
How does the above influence the activity of your company?
We recommend starting the applications for registration in the service "Online Declarations Submission" as soon as possible to avoid delays in submitting the declarations.
