The updated version of Statement 112, applicable starting with 21 May 2020

The Order no. 1942/979/819/2020 approves the updated form of Statement 112.

As such, the most relevant updates to Statement 112 envisage the addition of new categories of insured individuals within the form, including:

-         Employees and other professionals who benefit of  the technical unemployment indemnity, as provided by the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 30/2020;

-         Individuals obtaining income from independent activities performed under contracts for sports activity, who benefit of  the technical unemployment indemnity, as provided by the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 30/2020;

-         Parents who benefit of paid days off for the supervision of children, as they are granted according to Law no. 19/2020.

The updated version of Statement 112 is applicable starting with 21 May 2020.

The filing of the updated Statement 112 is performed considering the particular situation of the concerned categories of insured individuals.
